The floral elements—her cheerful flowers and leafy accents—are made with a frilly appliqué technique. These are hand-stitched using the vibrant Wonderfil Spagetti thread, with pinking-sheared edges secured in place by a bold running stitch, giving Rosie-Lee Cuppatea her uniquely playful character.

The background is beautifully hand quilted, and the design is framed with a charming peeper border to make the whole piece pop.
